At Garant Tweewielers we understand how important your bicycle is to you, and we strive to ensure that it is always in top condition. If you have left your bicycle with us for repairs, you can rest assured that our experienced technicians will treat it with the utmost care. When your bicycle is ready for collection, we will notify you via a Whatsapp message. You can then pick up the bicycle at our workshop. But did you know that we also offer a pick-up and delivery service for your convenience?

If you do not have time or opportunity to pick up your bicycle, you can use our pick-up service. We will collect your bicycle from your home after 6:00 PM when you are home. Our driver will ensure safe transport of your bicycle to our workshop, where our mechanics will get to work on it. Once your bike has been repaired, we also offer you the option to return it to your home. Our delivery service ensures that your bicycle is delivered to you safely and in good condition. This way you can get back on your bike without any worries and enjoy the freedom and mobility that your two-wheeler offers you. At Garant Tweewielers we offer our collection and delivery service for all types of bicycle repairs. Whether it concerns minor repairs such as a flat tire, a broken key or replacing a chain and sprocket, or larger repairs such as carrying out a service or repairing a bicycle accident, we are happy to collect and deliver your bicycle to you. back to you after repair. Our collection and delivery service aims to make it as easy as possible for you to have your bicycle repaired and maintained. Various factors play a role in determining the costs of our collection and delivery service. One of the most important factors is the distance between your location and our workshop. To determine the rate for our pick-up and delivery service, we have divided the regions into two categories: region 1 and region 2.

Region 1 includes locations within a 10 kilometer radius of our workshop. If you are in Region 1 and would like to use our pick-up and delivery service, the cost for the service will be lower than for locations further away.

Region 2 includes locations within a 20 kilometer radius of our workshop. If you are located in Region 2 and would like to use our pick-up and delivery service, the cost for the service will be slightly higher than for locations located in Region 1.

Although the costs for our pick-up and delivery service depend on the distance from our workshop, In addition, our pick-up and delivery service aims to make your life easier, so you can save time and effort in repairing and maintaining your bicycle.

Pick up/Drop Service Region 1 (0-10km): €20.00

Pick up / Drop off Service Region 2 (11-20km): €25.00

At Garant Tweewielers we attach great importance to fully informing our customers about the costs of each repair before we get started. For this reason, we always prepare a quote before starting the repair.

Once we collect your bike for repairs, our experienced technician will perform a thorough inspection to determine the cause of the problem and determine which parts need to be repaired or replaced. Based on this inspection, we will prepare a detailed quotation in which we provide an overview of the work that needs to be carried out and the costs involved.

When you agree to the quote, we will start the repair and ensure that your bicycle is repaired quickly and professionally. If you do not agree with the quote, we will return the bicycle and only the costs of the pick-up and return service will be charged.

With our quotes you can be assured that you will not encounter any surprises and that you have full control over the costs of the repair. We believe it is important to be transparent about our rates and want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our work and the price charged for it.
