Service packages

With a service package from Garant Tweewielers, your bicycle will remain in top condition and you will not be faced with any surprises.
In addition to our Smart Package, which is included with the purchase of a new bicycle, we also offer the Basic and the Garant Service Package.

Will something break during the period due to a production error? We will solve that for you.
Please note that wear parts such as tires and brake pads are not covered by the warranty. You have a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty on your new bicycle, provided you have annual maintenance carried out.
With extended warranty insurance from Garant Tweewielers you can even supplement it for up to 5 years.

We recommend having a first service carried out between 3 and 5 months after purchase, or between 500 - 800 km.
Complaints / defects resulting from failure to perform this service may have consequences for the warranty claim.
